Synergy Human Resources has been offering an HR care plan subscription for several years.  A subscription will help you take the worry out of managing your HR.  Our HR care plan is affordable, easy to access, reliable and convenient. You will receive well over 35 years of HR and employment law knowledge. We will get your questions answered quickly and you always have access to us for the reassurance of a second opinion when needed.

Why subscribe?  

The care plan includes a direct HR advice line when you have urgent questions about personnel and staffing issues. This access is designed to help you decrease your chance of employment related lawsuits and improve your handling of employment relations issues.  

Secondly, our care plan includes an annual HR check up where we will review your organizations adherence to common compliance issues, such as wage an hour, disciplinary and termination practices, job offers, and on boarding practices.  We will also look at your employee handbook for any deficiencies and suggest best practice policies. 

Third, you will receive our HR insiders newsletter, showcasing new regulations and compliance issues impacting your business. We host in-depth webinars on timely HR topics. We have an extensive library of HR resources, including forms, policies and procedures, as well as our extensive training library.  

Fourth, as an annual subscriber, our hourly rates for both project work and legal work are discounted by 25 to 35%.

As always, you do not need to be an annual subscriber to reach Synergy HR for project work and HR related legal issue.  For subscribers and non-subscribers alike, our goal is to assist businesses and organizations to effectively address and solve personnel and regular regulatory changes so you can focus on the business of your business!
