Are you an HR Call Center?
No! We do not function as a pat answer generic q&a resource.
We focus on developing client relationships and understanding your business challenges and problem solving with work around solutions, ensuring compliance and risk avoidance.
How many times can I call the HR Advice Line?
There is no limit on the number of times you use the HR Advice Line.
If there is a need to call us daily, especially pertaining to the same or similar questions, it may indicate a need for some HR project work.
HR Project work is a fee based service, but you are never charged for project work without your prior authorization.
Can you give me a few examples of issues that I can use the Advice Line for assistance in resolving?
Clients call us for many reasons such as walking through complex employee relations issues where there is no clear answer, getting help understanding various employment laws and actions required by the employer, navigating the complexities and timing of leaves of absence that are protected by state, local, or federal law and unprotected leaves, and coaching employee performance concerns.

Our subscription does not include custom project work. However, all subscribers receive a discounted fee structure of 25% off for all HR and HR related legal research, if necessary, and any type of HR project work such as creating/updating your employee handbook.
How do you get to know us as a client?
A great way to get to know us is for us to conduct a basic HR audit of your current practice and policies.
It allows us to get to know your organization, identify potential gaps, and help you more fully understand our capabilities and expertise.
