Synergy HR discussed concerns about the use of AI generally and specifically, the danger of bias in hiring and the legal risk to our clients and friends early this year. Now, 10 months later, it is not the “boy crying wolf”. In fact, AI is generating racial and gender and age bias. We recommend paying very close attention if you have deployed AI or are considering doing so in your hiring process.
